Ethiopian Orthodox PhD Candidate Tesfay Hadera

You can help change the nation of Ethiopia by sponsoring Tesfay Hadera as a PhD candidate! Tesfay serves as the Dean of the Saint Frumentius Abba Selama Kessate Berhan Theological College and is a graduate of the join MA Program developed by the Ethiopian Orthodox Church and Bridges of Hope International.

Ethiopia is one of the poorest developing countries in the world. The Ethiopian Orthodox Church was founded in the first century and is historically rooted in the Old Testament. The Saint Frumentius Abba Selama Kessate Berhan Theological College was founded by the late Arch Bishop Abune Yohannes. Currently, the College is offering Certificate, diploma, degree and a masters program that is co-sponsored by Bridges of Hope International and the Ethiopian Orthodox Church. There are 21 lecturers at the college and 16 of them are MA graduates, but as of now we have no professors with a PhD. The PhD program this dynamic leader has been accepted into is based at Stellenbosch University in South Africa and was developed in conjunction with the Oxford Mission PhD program. To make this dream a reality all he needs is financial support!

To cover transportation, lodging and tuition for Tesfay is only $4900 for the first year. Please consider supporting this dynamic leader and please invite your social network to join you!
